I’m Jackie Atchison, a property and business lawyer based in Sydney, working with clients across the Northern Beaches and regional NSW. I’ve advised on a wide range of matters – from multi-million-dollar agribusiness and resort sales to small business purchases and day-to-day commercial agreements.
Before launching Atchison Legal, I worked both as a lawyer and in a business leadership role where I regularly engaged external lawyers. That experience shaped how I practise today – with a sharp focus on clarity, responsiveness, and the outcomes that matter to business owners and property clients.
I was mentored early to be a deal-maker, not a deal-breaker – and that mindset still underpins everything I do.
